When planning your next meeting, party, workshop, staff retreat, or even small wedding, consider Pacific Rim Institute. We have three indoor facilities available for rent, and an outdoor space available on a case-by-case basis.

Granary
The Granary seats 90 theater style, with enough tables and chairs for various arrangements. It has an HDTV, a mobile marker board, high speed wireless internet, and a high-resolution overhead projector and screen.
Roost
The Roost seats up to 40 in theater style. It has tables/chairs, a marker board and high-speed wireless internet. Perfect for a small, classroom like setting.
Outdoor Space
The Granary or Roost are ideal for a combination of indoor/outdoor events with a concrete landing and space for a large tent or two.
Multipurpose - Brooder
Located in the Brooder office building, the multipurpose room has 2 sinks, a dishwasher, a stove, and space for 15-25 people. Includes option to rent a second room as an office or additional classroom. Non-residential.
Hipcamp
This 12x12 building once housed ring-necked pheasants. The coop has been slightly renovated, allowing for 1-2 guests to stay for a few nights.
